How do I place an order?

• First locate the product  you want to buy. Then scroll down to click on the "Add to Cart" Button.
  You will be taken to PayPal Secured server. You can change the quantity if you want to buy more that one.
  You can determine shipping fee by entering your zip code. Simply follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.

How long does it take to ship my purchase?

• We usually ship within seven to fourteen business days of receipt of your order. 

Who do you use to ship my order?

• We use FedEx Ground or USPS.

What about backorders?

• At times we may have to outsource a part such as the mirror insert for the hand held mirrors. This could take a week to ten days.
  We will let you know if this backorder situation occurs via email. 

Do you guarantee your workmanship?

• Yes. you can return the product within seven calendar days for a full refund. Refund will be made by company check from our holding company - Tandem Associates, LLC. Shipping charges are not refundable. You pay for return shipping. When we receive the product, we will mail you your refund within ten business days.

• Tandem Associates is the holding company of the Michigan Work Shop. 

Why do you use PayPal?

• PayPal is our credit card processor. If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to make a purchase.
  You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card purchase. 

Do you have a store?

• No, all sales are made via our web site and on ebay.

Do you accept customer testimonials 

• Yes, we sure do. you can go to the contact page and post one there or you can just send an email 
  you can also email a picture with your comments.

Can the "under the counter paper towel holder" be wall mounted?

• Yes, it can be wall mounted.

Do you accept money orders, cashier check, personal check?

•  The answer is, yes. Just send an email requesting to pay by check. Indicate the product name or SKU
  and I will reply with the Payee Name, mailing address and total price, including shipping charges. Your
  order will be shipped when your personal check clears the bank. No orders will be accepted for
